Purchase conditions

Our company guarantees the perfect condition of all its products. In the prices of our website, VAT is included. Once the purchase is made, Barcelona Biomasa Técnica y Combustion, hereinafter: BBT, will deliver the order within the established deadlines. Returns: received the order at the customer’s address, will have the legal deadlines that assist the consumer, to return the product if this is not your total satisfaction, in this case, is required, to communicate by e-mail (info@bbtgrill.com), and proceed to return the product in perfect condition, including the original invoice. The postage in such case will be at the expense of the buyer. Once the product status has been checked, BBT will refund the customer the amount paid, within 15 days of receiving it.

SHIPMENTS

DELIVERY PERIOD of the merchandise is estimated in approximately 10 days depending on the country of destination. The indicated delivery times are approximate and are calculated from the departure of the goods from our warehouses. BBT, makes the shipments of its products to the client through the MBE courier company for shipments to the peninsula and the Balearics, Germany, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Slovakia, Estonia, Spain, Finland, Greece, Denmark, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland.

We do not ship to:

  • Ceuta
  • Melilla
  • Portuguese Islands
  • Italian Islands

BBT undertakes to deliver the products in perfect condition to the delivery address you indicate on the order form. In order to optimize delivery, we thank you for indicating an address where the order can be delivered within normal working hours and a contact telephone number.

RETURNS

All products purchased at “www.bbtgrill.com” may be returned and refunded, whenever you inform us of your intention to return the product/s purchased within a maximum period of 15 working days from the date of delivery and that the rest of the conditions established in this section are met. BBT will only accept returns that meet the following requirements:

  • The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must retain its original packaging and labeling.
  • The shipment must be made using a wrapping or protective box in order that the product reaches the warehouse of BBT with the maximum possible guarantees.
  • The product must be free of any use.
  • The shipping cost will be borne by the customer at origin.
  • The product must be returned to the following address:

Local, regional or national holidays do not receive merchandise.

After examining the article we will let you know if you are entitled to the refund of the amounts paid, for the items purchased.

The refund of the amount will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 15 days from the date you notified us of your intention to withdraw.

The refund will be made on the same credit card that was used to pay for the purchase, in case of purchases with a Card or by bank transfer to an account where the owner of the same is the person who placed the order, these data must be sent by the client by email.

There will be no change or return of those products that are not in the same conditions in which they were received, or that have been used beyond the mere opening of the product. This provision does not affect the rights recognized to the consumer by current legislation.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS

In the cases in which you consider that at the time of delivery the product is not in perfect condition, you should contact us immediately by means of our email info@bbtgrill.com, providing the product data as well as of the damage it suffers.

Once the notification is received BBT will contact you to inform you about how you should proceed, and by which courier agency you should proceed. Once received the goods to be returned, we will proceed to carefully examine the returned product and we will notify you by e-mail within a period of 15 days if applicable the return or replacement of the same (if applicable). The return or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 15 days from the date on which we send an email confirming that the return or replacement of the non-compliant item.

In the event that the product/s can not be substituted, the amounts paid for those products that are returned, due to some defect, will be reimbursed in full, including the delivery costs incurred to deliver the item and the costs in return you would have incurred to return it to us.
